- Coat cauliflower with 1/4 cup of oil, stir fry 2 – 3 mins.
- Add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, stir fry 2-3 mins
- Add 1/2 cup water and cook 2-3 more mins
- Thicken slightly with cornstarch dissolved in water
- Cauliflower should still be crunchy
