Americana Pitcher and Glasses

Glass Pitcher and Glasses Stylus or paint brush Palette paper Water container Paper towels

Apple Barrel Gloss™ - Real Red, 8 oz. Apple Barrel Gloss™ - Real Blue, 8 oz. Apple Barrel Gloss™ - White, 2 oz. Stencil Decor ® Accessories - Dauber Set, 1/4" Plaid ® Art Materials - Petifours

1. Cut one square sponge into fourths. Load one of these small squares with Real Blue. Paint checked border pattern around bottom of each glass and top and bottom of pitcher. See picture. Let dry.
    
2. Cut one square sponge into a small heart. Load heart sponge with Real Red. Paint a heart between each blue square on border. Let dry.
    
3. Using a stylus or the back of the handle of a paintbrush, dot with White around each heart. Let dry.
    
4. Load 5/8" Dauber with Real Blue on one side and White on the other. Pounce Dauber on palette paper to blend colors together. Paint five circles to form flowers, reloading Dauber with paint when necessary. Load 1/4" Dauber with Real Red. Paint center of flower. Dot around center with White. Let dry.
    
5. Set glassware aside to cure for 48 hours. After cured, set glassware into cold over and heat oven to 325 degrees F. When oven temperature reaches 325 degrees F bake for 20 minutes. Turn off oven and let glassware and oven cool down. Remove glassware when oven is completely cool

DO NOT let painted area of glassware come into contact with food. Hand wash to clean.
